The operation of the system is provided by the MXBKAN Weigher Management System Software installed on the computer. Thanks to the management of the system from a central computer, in a number of weigher applications, the vehicle entering from any scale can perform the exit from another scale.
It is done with the cameras that are placed in the entry and exit that allow the vehicle to be recognized by the system. When the vehicle enters the scale, the driver reads the camera license plate before getting out of the vehicle and matches it with the information stored in the system. The weighing process of the recognized vehicle is carried out quickly and safely.
At the end of weighing operations, the weighing results of the vehicle are automatically stored in the memory. From the Led Information Display, the driver is directed to the next operation by displaying the Plate, Weighing and other information. If necessary, the thermal printer can automatically print out the weighing slip. After the entry and exit operations, the required records are entered automatically.
